Neil L Cammarosano is the Chief Financial Officer for Avoro Capital. Prior to joining Avoro in 2024, Neil served as Chief Financial Officer at Bridger Capital LLC. Prior to that, he was Bridger’s Chief Accounting Officer. Neil began his career in PwC’s Asset Management Practice, where he managed the financial statement audits of hedge fund and private equity fund clients. He holds a B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
